Parent Resources
The AHRC New York City Department of Educational Services recognizes that parents and guardians are primary members of their children’s education teams. Employing a collaborative approach in which the opinions and insights of all team members are valued, respected, and addressed, is a core component of the schools. Informed parents and guardians help make the schools and homes more effective learning sites and promote more independence in the students’ futures.
